Selected products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details are listed on each product page. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and proof of purchase.
Prices may vary depending on your location due to shipping costs, currency differences, and applicable taxes or duties. The final price at checkout reflects your region.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. This applies to both Myanmar and international orders. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs or duties fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Myanmar customers receive refunds via CB Bank or KBZ Pay. International customers receive refunds via their original payment method.
The following items are strictly non-returnable: opened or used products, digital products, sale or discounted items, and items without original packaging. All sales on promotional items are final regardless of location.
